THE BANQUET WILL BE AUGUST 18TH AT 6:00 PM! THE CLUB WILL BE PROVIDING PASTA, MEATBALLS AND BREAD AND THE REST IS POT LUCK SO BRING YOUR FAVORITE DISH/DESSERT/ETC. CANT WAIT TO SEE EVERYONE ALL TOGETHER AND CELEBRATE OUR GREAT SEASON AS A TEAM!

Hammerheads,
- Tomorrow we will have practice at 9:00am and then the pasta pep rally around 6:30 pm( time change from the last email i sent! sorry!) for the team to get excited for our big weekend ahead of us! There will be pasta provided and the rest will be a potluck! Cant wait to see everyone there!

Hello everyone!
Cant believe we have already completed our dual meet season!
Many announcements for this upcoming week:
- The 3rd Annual Highridge Hammerhead lap-a-thon will be on this Tuesday, August 2nd! Lets get really excited to swim as many laps as possible to raise some money for our awesome swim and dive program! Forms are due on Monday or Tuesday!
- Thursday, August 4th will be our Pasta Party/Pep Rally for the All Pool and All Dive Meet! It will begin around 5:00. It is a pot luck so bring whatever you feel to get excited for our big weekend!
- Friday,August 5th - All Dive Meet at Gristmill Swim and Tennis Club
*Diving warmups will begin at 7:30 am for divers 12 and under ; and the dive meet will begin at 9:00 am
* the 13 and over divers will begin to warm-up after the completion of the 12 & under diving
- Saturday, August 6th - All Pool Meet Trials will take place at Kendbrin
* Highridge has warm-up at 8:00 am so please please be there at 7:45 AND NO LATER!
During this day Highridge has the responsibility to be the back-up timers and we will need a runner for the whole day. This is a great way to be on deck and see your kids swim their races without having to push people out of the way! This is the last meet to volunteer so it would be great if everyone could help out! The more people that volunteer the better and Mrs. Brown will post a sheet on one of the bulletin boards at Highridge to sign-up.
- Sunday, August 7th - All Pool Meet finals and relays
*8:00 am warmup so please be there at 7:45 once again!
*relays will occur on this day after the individual events
- August 11th will be the awards banquet with a time TBA

Sorry about all of the emails but we have alot of events coming up!
-Tomorrow's meet against memorial is an afternoon meet! the warm-ups start at 3:30 and the meet start is 4:00. directions are on the highridge website. if you are not able to go to the meet please email ellis asap! thanks so much!!!
- All-Pool Meet entries are due Friday morning. If you know your kids will be at the all pool meet please let me know what they would like to swim(emailing would probably be easiest). They are allowed to swim 2 events. Also, if you know your kids WILL NOT be able to make the all pool meet which is August 6 and 7th PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE LET ME KNOW ASAP SO I DO NOT ENTER THEM INTO THE MEET. Again, i will need to know by friday morning what they would like to swim or i will pick for them.
- Attention all divers: You will now be allowed to dive in the all dive meet if you have attended two dual swim meets, not necessarily both dive meets. It would also be great if you have 3 dives and have come to dive practices and worked with Mary-Kate seeing as how the dive meet is in a week. This is new so if you have any questions feel free to email me or talk to me at the meet tomorrow with questions.
- The lap-a-thon is on tuesday august 2nd!

Hammerheads!
Hope everyone had a great weekend! Cant believe it is already our last week of dual meets. Tomorrow is going to be our last home meet against Bearcroft at Highridge. Warmups will begin promptly at 8:00am and the meet start will be at 9:00 am. If you will not be able to attend this meet please email Ellis and let her know asap so she can plan the meet accordingly. Thanks so much! Thursdays meet will be at Memorial ( directions on the highridge website) but the coach has not called about the meet start or warmups yet. I will let everyone know when she calls. Also, just reminding everyone about the Lap-A-Thon which is on August 2nd.

Hello all you super hammerheads,
Just a couple updates for the start of the week:
1. Tomorrow(July 19th) we DO NOT have a meet. Instead we will have practice, so i hope everyone can make it!
2. On Thursday we do have a meet! It is at Highridge against Kirkbrae and warmups will be at 8am sharp and the meet will begin promptly at 9am. If you cannot make the meet please let me know asap so i can make the meet accordingly.
3.. The Lap-a-Thon will be August 2nd. I will be handing lap-a-thon sheets out starting tomorrow so we can start raising that money for our awesome team!

hery guys, while the diving warmups are canceled the pep rally is still on! However, we are going to start things a tad bit earlier. We are going to try and start at 6, so if everyone could make their best efforts to be at the ridge around 6-6:30 that would be great!

There will be no diving warmup tonight! Instead, all divers should report to Grist Mill at 7:30am tomorrow for their warmups, where they will be given an extra hour to get used to the board!
The pep rally is STILL ON!!!! See you at 7 tonight!
