Highridge offers one of the most comprehensive array of tennis clinics for adults and clinics. The types of clinics we offer are:

  • Beginner - Learning The Basics
  • Advanced Beginner
  • Low Intermediate
  • Intermediate and Up Drill-Play
  • Intermediate Doubles
  • Adult "Shot-of-the-week" Intermediate Drill and Play
  • Future Champs (Ages 5 to 6)
  • Future Champs (Ages 6 to 7)

Sign-Up Procedures

Clinics are organized by age and playing ability. The first clinics begin on Monday, June 23rd. Sign-up for the first week of clinics begins on Monday, June 9 th. Thereafter, sign-ups occur during the week prior to the following week’s clinics. The procedure for sign-ups is as follows:
  • You can register online by clicking on the SIGN-UP link next to the clinic you are interested in. You will need to provide your name and an email address so you can receive a confirmation of your registration. If clinic is full, click on WAITING LIST to register and we will call you if you get in to this clinic.
  • The number in parenthesis represents the number of spots left for that particular clinic.
  • All members may register beginning on the Tuesday prior to the week they wish to participate.
  • Members not currently enrolled in a clinic may register beginning on the Monday prior to the week they wish to participate.
  • Members may register for one or both days of clinics available for their age and playing ability. For example, a child may be registered for the Future Champs (Ages 5 and 6) for Tuesday at 1:00 pm or Thursday at 1:00 pm or Tuesday and Thursday at 1:00 pm.
  • Any questions about which clinic is the best fit for a member should be directed to Alan Holoff or Matt Llewellyn. It should be noted that the Pros might need to reassign members to ensure that appropriate levels of playing ability are maintained in the clinics.

OPEN PICK-UP TIMES

Tuesday and Thursday, 6:30 PM - Open Pick-Up Time. Adults and Families interested in organized play will be matched by pros with suitable opponents on courts #1 and #2. Participation will be based on a first-come, first served basis with an emphasis on finding equally matched playing opportunities.

FLEXI LADDER

A "Flexi Ladder" will be introduced during the first week of evening clinic play. Interested adults will place their names on lists based on playing level and will be responsible for playing each member on the list over the course of the summer. Scores will be reported to the Pros and the member with the best record will win the ladder and be awarded a prize at the end of the season.
